All units are Air Condition and include Cable with color TV. All small efficiencies have 1 double bed, kitchen area with stove and microwave and full size refrigerator. All one bedroom units have private bedrooms with queen beds and separate living/kitchen area. Kitchens are full service and stocked with cooking utensils. All rates are based on two people per unit an extra cost of $5.00 per day will apply for each additional person. There is an extra $50.00 per week cost for the month of February.
Daily rates are also available. Discounts are offered for two or more months stay. Deposits to hold rooms are non-refunable. We have also added phone service in the rooms with wake up, and messaging features local calls are 25 cents per call or $10 per week unlimited local calls or $25 per month unlimited local calls. There is no charge for incoming calls. Street parking passes are provided free of charge with a returnable security deposit.
