Q- Do all of your rooms have Kitchens?
A- Yes, all rooms have full kitchens with full size refrigerators, ovens, microwave, coffee makes, toasters, dishes, silver pots and pans.
Q- Do we need to bring linens and towels?
A- No, all rooms have a clean set of linens on the beds and a spare set in the closet. We supply towels but you may want to bring or purchase a few large beach towels.
Q- Do you provide parking?
A- We have 5 lot spots for 11 units. We charge a nominal fee for a reserved lot spot or give you a parking pass to park on the street without paying the meters

Q- Do you have restrictions on pet sizes and is there a deposit?
A- We do not restrict pet size or charge a security deposit for pets. All well behaved pets are welcome. If your dog is an excessive barker when left alone you may be asked not to leave him.
Q- Where are you located?
A- 342 Buchanan Street. 1 block south of Johnson and 6 blocks north of Hollywood Blvd. We are located across the street from Flickerlight pizza on the beach side. We are not ocean front but a mere 50 yards to the sand. You do not have to cross any streets to get to the beach.
Q- What is check in and checkout times?
A- Check in is a 3pm and check out is at 11 am. there is no charge for a late check out or an early check in but we cant promise either and it will be based on availability.
Q- Do you have irons or hair dryers in the rooms?
A- We have an extra hair dryer and 2 irons in the storage office if needed but these are not provided in all rooms.
Q- What about communications?
A- We have telephones in all rooms and free high speed Wi-Fi. We also provide 96 channels of cable TV.
Q- What is your housekeeping policy?
A- All rooms are cleaned and stocked with linens and towels and an extra set of linens in the closet. We do not offer daily housekeeping service but will gladly offer a towel exchange every few days. All rooms have brooms and dust pans in the closet as well. Rooms do not have to be cleaned upon check out but any tidying up you do will be greatly appreciated.
